1BW - Food Technology: Making sandwiches!

Today was tasting day! After following all of our important hygiene procedures, we had a fantastic afternoon tasting a range of different sandwich ingredients. We tried different types of bread, fillings, fruit and vegetables as well as sauces and spreads. The sweet pickle certainly divided the room! We then recorded all the ingredients we liked the taste of. Next week, we will review our choices when we design our perfect, healthy sandwich.
