Nursery have enjoyed making shortbread biscuits this week! The children weighed out sugar, vegan spread and flour using digital scales. They did some messy mixing using their hands and rolled out the dough ready to cut into their Christmas shapes. We chilled the biscuits to keep their shape and then baked them in the oven for 12 minutes using a countdown timer. Then came the best part… take it home to eat it!
